THANKSGIVING IS HERE!! Please read below:

Attention members and guests! THANKSGIVING HOURS are as follows: THURSDAY, 11/22, there will be regular OPEN GYM hours in the morning from 530am-8am. We will be CLOSED for the remainder of the day – no classes. FRIDAY, 11/23, we will be CLOSED ALL DAY – no classes. Saturday, 11/24, we will be open at 630am for OPEN GYM, and then the regular 9am class. Everyone is welcome!! Thank you, and apologies for any inconvenience.
