Monday, May 27th, CrossFit Due North will be doing “MURPH”, the hero WOD in honor of those who have lost their lives in the line of duty. We will be doing a 9am heat, a 9:45 heat, and a 1030 heat. You may choose the full version, a partner version, or half depending on your abilities. All are welcome! Please choose which time works best for you and arrive in ample time to warm up and be ready to start. We appreciate your understanding!
