So this is a little different based on the weights you have at your station. You can choose to do 3-5 sets of any where from 6-12 reps each, based on your desire, goals, and ability.
Take 20 minutes
you choose to do 3, 4, or 5 sets of 6,8,10, or 12 reps, using only the weight at your station.
Sub pull ups with rows or rack chin pulls, or jumping pull ups.
