Weighted Step ups (Weight)
Grab a plate (weight) that feels right. Do 10 step ups per leg then 10 single leg RDLs per leg

Take 20 Minutes to focus on these areas rest as much as desired. Goal should be 4 – 5 rounds. Do 30 sec plank after each set.
