Don’t Be Such a Jerk

Weightlifting
Split Jerk (5-5-5-5-5)
15 minutes

From the rack. Reset for each split. This will get the heart rate up so me aware of positioning and form.

EMOM
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

A. 6 C’s and D’s
B. 2-8 HSPU (strict, kip, or negative)

Score is total reps of the "B" portion.
