Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*

40 minute cap

Modify Pull ups and Push ups to meet time cap

Good times range from 3.5 min – 6 min per round. You want to look to finish this workout so modify accordingly.

Pull up modifiers can be Ring Row or Jumping pull ups
