Front Street!

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 22
20 Box Overs (20 inches for all)
30 Dumbbell Clean and jerk (50/35)
40 sit ups

Strength
Front Squat (3×5)
No warm up for the front squats take 3-4 minutes post wod set up a bar and put some weight on and start squating. Aim for 70% of your 1RM if possible, but be smart go less if needed.
