Push Press (5-5-5-5-5)
Before each set you must do 10 burpees

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 18
60 DU
45 Air squats
21 KB swings
10 OHS (115/75)

The OHS portion is meant to be a little bit heavier than normal. We want to push what feels comfortable here. Either you push through the other metcon movements and move purposefully through OHS or if you are proficient in all of them, move fast at the beginning, middle, and end 🙂
