Start Light this week and keep reps sharp don’t worry about going Heavy. We will progress in weeks to come
Segmented Clean Deadlift (5-5-5)
5,5,5 Rest 2 mins each set

After each set super set with banded sidewalks from wall to wall in a half squat (Band will be just above the knees)
